Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. graced the opening day of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL)-Iloilo Midyear Assembly cum Continuing Local Legislative Education Program (CLLEP) at Hennan Regency Hotel, Boracay Island on June 5, 2024.
The event with the theme "Empowering the Local Sanggunian through Effective Legislations" will be until Saturday, June 7.
PCL-Iloilo is headed by ex-officio Board Member Ramon Sullano from the Municipality of Santa Barbara.
