Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. recently received a FIFA banner signalling the upcoming visit of FIFA officials to Iloilo.
The officials will inspect potential sites for the 2025 Womenβs Futsal World Cup.
Following Governor Defensorβs instructions, local engineers and architects are accelerating the upgrading and retrofitting of the Iloilo Sports Complex covered gym to qualify it as a possible venue for the tournament.
