Provincial Administrator Raul Banias joined the Convergence Conference for the Local Peace Engagement and Transformation Initiatives on November 18, 2024 at the Casa Real de Iloilo.

“Governor Toto is on top of this Local Peace Initiative to End Local Conflict and we are making sure that essential and basic services are accessed by our target communities,” Banias said.
