The Iloilo Provincial Bantay Dagat Task Force nabbed 13 persons engaging in ring net or locally known as “baling” along the municipal waters of Estancia, Iloilo which is in violation of municipal ordinance.
Their fishing boats and paraphernalia were now under the custody of the Provincial Bantay Dagat Task Force and will be released after posting of a prescribed compromise penalty by the local government.
