The Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPO) of the Municipality of Pandan, Antique, headed by their president Quincy G. Escalona, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. this morning. They were accompanied by Population Program Officer I Lucio I. Bastian, Jr. as part of their benchmarking activity in the Province of Iloilo.
The BSPOs of Pandan expressed interest in the successful programs and projects of the Iloilo Provincial Population Office (PPO), headed by Atty. Ruel Von Superio, particularly its Population Data Banking and Management Program.
