Barangay officials of Brgy. Rizal, Oton, led by their Punong Barangay Josephine Peñas, receive a check in the amount of Php 3 million from Provincial Administrator Raul Banias for the construction of their Barangay Health Center.

Banias emphasized that under the administration of Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. hundreds of millions of pesos are being poured into the barangays to help uplift the living conditions of the residents.
