The Youth Expedition Project (YEP) of National University of Singapore (NUS) paid a courtesy visit to Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. upon their arrival this morning.

The expedition team, composed of engineering students, will head to Brgy. Layog, Maasin, Iloilo where they will engage in a community immersion for two weeks under the Project Orion Expedition.

YEP is a service-learning program by Youth Corps Singapore that nurtures confident and resilient youths who want to make a difference both locally and overseas.

Governor Defensor instructed Provincial Administrator Raul Banias together with the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) to extend full assistance to the expedition team.
