The Iloilo Provincial Government, under the leadership of Gov. Arthur R. Defensor, Jr., joined the opening of Panubli-on 2025, a celebration of Western Visayas’ creativity, resilience, and innovation, held on November 6 at the SM City North Point Activity Center, Lower Ground Floor, Iloilo City.
This year’s theme, “Local Ingenuity, New Opportunities,” highlights the region’s rich heritage and the ingenuity of its people—farmers, artisans, entrepreneurs, and innovators—who continue to transform challenges into opportunities.
