The Iloilo Provincial Capitol has transformed into a culinary hub following the opening of the Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan 2026 Food Festival.
Gov. Toto Defensor led the grand opening, highlighting the province's rich gastronomic heritage and treating locals and guests to the “foodie” Ilonggo flavors.
The Slow Food Community is also joining the food fest, offering a taste of home ranging from Cabatuan’s tinuom, Bingawan’s darag pastil, native pork adobo, adobo nga pato, among others.
Visit the Capitol area along the Muelle Loney Road and General Luna Street from January 22 to 25.
