The Iloilo Provincial Government has turned over a ₱1-million cheque to the Municipality of Bingawan, Iloilo for the establishment of a green space in the municipality.
The funding is chargeable against the National Tax Allotment for Calendar Year 2026.
The project aims to provide the community with a clean and green public space that can be used for recreation, relaxation, and other community activities.
The initiative also supports efforts to promote environmental protection and create more sustainable public spaces in Iloilo.
