The Slow Food Community joined the Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan 2026 Food Festival, allowing Ilonggos to have an authentic taste of home-made Ilonggo food and advocating for food origin awareness.
The food festival features heritage recipes of Ajuy, Bingawan, Cabatuan, Miagao, and other municipalities.
Namiss mo bala ang adobo ni Nanay kag lumpia ni Lola? From the authentic adobo with atsuwete, heirloom kakanin, and home-made condiments, this year’s Kasadyahan food fest gives you a taste of products rooted in family tradition.
Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement promoting return to traditional, local, and sustainable eating, emphasizing "good, clean, and fair" food.
The Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan Food Festival will run from January 22 to 25 at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol, along the Muelle Loney Road and General Luna Street.
