Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. and First District Board Member Marcelo Valentine Serag officially opened the Handumanan exhibit featuring the works of Ilonggo artists Cristhom "DoDoy" Setubal and Mark Vincent Java as part of the 123rd Semana sang Iloilo.
The exhibit organized by the Iloilo Provincial Library and Archives Office headed by Allana Delgado is being held on the Second floor of Casa Real de Iloilo. It will run until April 30, 2024.
