Mr. Jose Nereo C. Lujan, EnP, Chief of the Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO), was presented during the flag-raising ceremony alongside Provincial Administrator Raul Banias and Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr.
His presentation follows his designation as a member of the Executive Council of the National Committee on Monuments and Sites under the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
