The recognition was given by the Kaya Natin! Movement is a testament to the governor’s outstanding leadership and excellence in public service.
Defensor dedicated his award to the employees of the Iloilo provincial government, the mayors, barangay captains, and other partners who have been helping the province implement its programs and services.
“Good governance needs help. Good governance needs a good administrative environment,” Defensor said.
