Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. presided over the 4th Quarter Regional Peace and Order Council VI meeting on December 19, 2025 as the newly-appointed RPOC chairperson.
Today’s RPOC meeting is held at the DILG Regional Office in Santa Barbara. It was attended by leaders from the law enforcement agencies, the military, and concerned national government agencies.
Governor Defensor presented his 4K for MoRProGres Program which institutionalizes a community defense action in the province of Iloilo.
The 4K program which stands for Kapayapaan, Kaayusan at Katatagan Tungo sa Kaunlaran ng Bagong Pilipinas establishes an intensified, integrated, and collaborative system to strengthen peace, order, and resilience across the province.
