The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office Youth Program under its focal Jaffe Peñaflor of the Technical Division, in partnership with the Panlalawigang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan Iloilo under its president Board Member Esara Aldeguer Javier, conducted a forum with 100 Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) officers and members in celebration of its 50th Founding Anniversary and Linggo ng Kabataan at Robinsons Place Jaro today, August 30, 2024.

The topics discussed were HIV Awareness and Mental Health by Ryan Dave Estrella and Cybersecurity Awareness by Engr. Joshua Medalla of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
