Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. administered the oath of office of the newly-elected officers of the Provincial Iloilo Federated Small Water Irrigation System Association, Inc.
Ms. Retchie Ann B. Feca of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management of the Department of Agriculture witnessed the oathtaking.
