Court Administrator Ma. Theresa Dolores C. Gomez-Estoesta and Region VI Court Manager Judge Jennie Ann T Logronio met with Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. on Tuesday to seek assistance in securing an available lot for the construction of the new Hall of Justice building.

This vacant property was one of the initial sites for the Government Center which will now be constructed in the municipality of Santa Barbara.
Defensor offered the vacant property and expressed the provincial government’s willingness to help address the infrastructure needs of the judiciary.
Some offices at the Hall of Justice temporarily relocated at the Iloilo provincial government facilities to continue catering to their clients.
The Public Attorney’s Office Regional Office and Iloilo City District Offices 1 and 2 are temporarily stationed at the Casa Real de Iloilo while the Iloilo Provincial Prosecutor’s Office moved to the Iloilo Sports Complex.
