The Iloilo Provincial Health Office – Health Information System (HIS) Unit conducted a technical assistance and monitoring visit at the Dumangas Primary Care Facility on May 7, 2026.
The activity focused on the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, with the goal of assessing the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of health data reporting. It also provided guidance on proper encoding, recording, and utilization of electronic medical records.
Through this, the staff were assisted in strengthening their data management practices, improving reporting efficiency, and ensuring compliance with the standards and guidelines set by the DOG for quality and reliable health service delivery.
