A Blood Letting Activity is currently taking place at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol today, December 1, 2025, as part of Provincial Ordinance No. 2000-042 declaring Non-Government Organization and People’s Organization (NGO-PO) Week in the province.
More than 100 NGO-PO donors are donating blood in the ongoing activity, which is being organized with the support of the Provincial Health Office, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, the Iloilo Business Club, and International Care Ministries.
