OIC-Governor and Vice Gov. Lee Ann Debuque, accompanied by Provincial Administrator Raul Banias, warmly welcomed Consul General Zhang Zhen of the People’s Republic of China during her courtesy visit at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol today, November 7, 2025.
With her are Consul Song Jinpei and Vice Consul Liu Ming Yang. Also joining them is Dr. Henry O. Chusuey, Chairman Emeritus of the Iloilo Sun Yat Sen High School Board of Trustees.
The dignitaries will be joining the 100th Anniversary Gala Night of the Iloilo Sun Yat Sen High School hosted by Dr. Chusuey.
