Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines (VMLP) Romblon Chapter, led by their president Vice Mayor Apple Fondevilla, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. this morning.

The group is having a capability-building seminar for the 219 barangay captains of Romblon from February 27-29, 2024 here in Iloilo City.
