Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. administers the oath of office of Ms. Honey Beso who was promoted to the position of Director for Central-Southern Luzon and MIMAROPA Museums of the National Museum of the Philippines.

Beso was the former Supervising Administrative Officer of the Western Visayas Regional Museum.

Her oathtaking was witnessed by NM Director Jeremy Barns, Visayas National Museums Director Atty. Ma. Cecilia Tirol, Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO) chief Jose Nereo Lujan and the NM Western Visayas staff. Ms Beso used to work with PICAO before transferring to NM.
