Hon. Lily V. Biton, Executive Justice of the Court of Appeals, paid a courtesy visit at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol this morning.
Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. warmly welcomed Justice Biton, who was accompanied by Badiangan Mayor Suzette A. Mamon, president of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines Iloilo Chapter.
During the visit, Justice Biton also presented the governor with a copy of her book.
