The Municipality of Maasin’s Tultugan Festival is all set to represent the province of Iloilo in the 2025 Independence Day Celebration Festival Performance Competition at Rizal Park Manila on June 12, 2025.
The team, led by Mayor Francis Amboy, offered a glimpse of their act to the committee members from the Iloilo provincial government during their send-off performance on June 5.
Meanwhile, the Cry of Santa Barbara of the municipality of Santa Barbara will defend its championship title in the Parada ng Kalayaan Float Competition.
The float competition is participated by LGUs and agencies that have significant historical events leading to the establishment of Philippine nationhood.
