Five employees of the Iloilo provincial government representing their team color competed at the Mutya sang Barangay Kapitolyo 2025, celebrating the diverse talents of public servants as Iloilo commemorates its 124th founding anniversary.
The Mutya sang Barangay Kapitolyo, now on its third year, encourages Capitol employees to step outside their roles and take the stage to showcase their advocacies for gender equality and women empowerment.
