Technical experts from the Department of Education Division of Iloilo, together with members of the Education Core (EDCORE) Team of the Province of Iloilo, convened to finalize plans for a 2-day "BES Basa" Training of Trainers.

This initiative, focused on enhancing beginning reading skills for grades 1-3 teachers, is a key component of the Bulig Eskwela sang Probinsya (BES PROBINS) Program, which aims to foster an effective, relevant, and transformative educational system in the province.
