Researchers from University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) and Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U) receive their cash incentives from the Iloilo Provincial Government recently.

ISAT-U researchers are conducting research on Pilot Testing of Hybrid Solar Powered Dehydrator Machine for Processing of Agri-Products.

UPV researchers, on the other hand, conduct research on Seafood-on-the-Spot: Revolutionizing Emergency Food Packs in the Philippines.

This initiative is part of the Iloilo Provincial Government’s ongoing partnership with state universities and higher education institutions which seeks to harness academic expertise in various disciplines to support the province’s MoRProGRes Iloilo agenda championed by Governor Arthur Defensor Jr.
