Igbaras Mayor Vicente Escorpion, Jr. received a check worth ₱10 million from Provincial Administrator Raul Banias and Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) chief Atty. Cesar Emmanuelle Buyco, Jr. at the Office of Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. this morning.
The amount is intended for the procurement of a garbage compactor and a dump truck to strengthen the municipality’s Solid Waste Management Program.
