Provincial Administrator Raul Banias turned over checks to two cooperatives that are recipients of the Provincial Livelihood Project Fund (PLPF) under the Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO).

The recipients are Bangga Dawis Pototan Credit Cooperative which received PhP 1 million and Silagon Multi-purpose Cooperative from Ajuy, Iloilo which received PhP 500,000. Both cooperatives engage in palay trading.

PA Banias was joined by PCDO chief Atty. Arturo Cangrejo and his staff Bryan Lujan.

PLPF is a program of Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. which helps accredited cooperatives by providing them soft loans.
