The Provincial Cooperatives Development Office Iloilo, through the Iloilo Technology and Livelihood Development Center (ITLDC), conducted a Hilot Massage and Reflexology Skills Training for former and current overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Pototan.
The program equipped participants with practical massage therapy and reflexology skills, providing them with additional livelihood opportunities and alternative sources of income through hands-on learning and skills development.
Pototan Mayor Rafael Enrique "Adi" Lazaro was present to support the training.
PCDO said the program reinforces a shared commitment to empowering communities by creating accessible and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
