Public Employment Service Office (PESO) head Cynthia Dario presented to Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. the Plaque of Recognition given by the Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA) Regional Office 6 to the Province of Iloilo for being an active partner of OWWA and a champion of migrant workers in implementing responsive programs and services that promote and uphold the welfare of OFWs in the community.
The award, signed by OWWA 6 OIC Regional Director James Mendiola, was given during the Migrant Workers’ Day celebration held at SM City Iloilo on June 8, 2025.
