New Provincial Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Esara Aldeguer Javier of the Municipality of Sara attended her first flag-raising ceremony this morning.
She thanked her fellow SK officials for their trust and confidence in her and vowed to work with Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for the attainment of the provincial government's development goals.
Javier will sit as an ex-officio member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan replacing Ma. Angelica Bianca Requinto-Espinosa.
