Provincial Fire Marshal Bartolome O. Beliran presented the award to Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr., Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque, and Provincial Administrator Raul Banias during the regular flag ceremony on August 4, 2025.
BFP Iloilo bested other offices and garnered the highest rating based on the following criteria: fire station administration, human resource management, fire investigation and operations, logistics, fire safety enforcement, socio-civic engagement, cleanliness, and orderliness, and among others.
