ST. THOMAS OF VILLANOVA PARISH

           Popularly known as the Miag-ao Church.It was completed in 1787 and boasts its native facade; a unique explosion of botanical motif. It became a cworld Heritage site (the only one in Visayas and Mindanao) under UNESCO in 1993.

THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH OF SAN JUAQUIN

            Built in 1869, it is the only militaristic church in the Philippines with a bass relief of the historic battle in Tetuan, South Africa.

ST. CATHERINE OF ALEXANDRIA OF LEON

            Built in 1869, it used to be the biggest church in Panay Island, measuring 100 feet in width and 300 feet in length. The rocks used were quarried from neighboring  sitios.

STA. BARBARA PARISH CHURCH AND CONVENT

            Built in 1849 and completed in 1855. It housed the Vatican Fathers and the Daughters of Charity during the Spanish Revolution in 1898 when the seminary of Jaro was occupied by the rebels.
